Production Concept: Presenter Behaviour

For research I have been watching some live action Cbeebies shows just to observe the presenters behaviour. I have noticed that a lot of them address the camera as if to single out the child individually. Also if the presenters are doing an activity or arts and crafts they ask the children who are watching to join them in the activity or art lesson. Or if they are counting along to something they pause so that the children can join in if the children wanted to, giving freedom for the audience.
