Yesterday I rang the WHF to find out some facts I needed to know to use in the script. After contacting them many times - they said that they could not give me a round figure of how much it costs to look after just one cat - so as a result of this I had to remove that part from the script. I have sent the updated script to the voice over artist and she said it would be finished by Monday. After I receive the voice over files, all I need is some cub footage that the WHF are sending me on a memory stick (the reason for this is, the day I filmed it was very rainy and dingy - I asked the parks photographer if I was allowed to use her footage so all of the footage isn't rainy, so we can use some sunny shots as well as some rainy ones.) I will probably use most of my footage, but just to have the sunny footage as back up will make me feel more comfortable.
This unit has made me realise that you can't rely on most people and not too trust people too easily! A bit of chasing the employer up doesn't hurt.
